Shipping policy
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages once they have been scanned by the shipping carrier. If any issue occurs during the shipping process, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Customers are fully responsible for shipping addresses when placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses on packages.
If your order is returned to us for "insufficient address" or any other reason, your order will be refunded and restocked with a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and will not be refunded.
Orders can not be combined with other orders that are pending. Due to our small team, we can no longer accommodate combining orders for customers who want to save on shipping.
